In addition we offer both landlords and tenants access to a portal to allow them to see relevant information for their properties as well as ongoing maintenance issues and photographs. Through these modern methods, we are able to ensure our clients are always kept up to date with their property.

Weston-super-Mare

This seaside town and surrounding suburbs have undergone lots of redevelopment over the last 20 years with ongoing developments due for completion over the next 5 years. The town is very popular due to its 2 mile long sandy beach, local parks and open spaces, several Ofsted good rating schools make it an ideal place for families.  Weston super Mare is easily accessible by road, bus, train and is only 20 minutes away from Bristol Airport.  

Clevedon

A picturesque victorian sea side town just off junction 20 of the M5 is very popular with commuters heading towards Bristol. The town itself is well known for its range of cafes and independent boutiques all located just a short stroll from the iconic sea front and the grade 1 listed pier.

Portishead

An historical fishing port which has undergone massive redevelopment and is now a highly desirable area with a healthy mix of old and new, modern and traditional. The Marina has attracted commuters to the area who benefit from a vast array of bars, restaurants, independent shops as well as costal walks and nature reserves. Portishead is located at junction 19 of the M5 and is 15 minutes from Bristol City Centre.

Bristol

Bristol is located around 120 miles from London, in the South West of England. It’s dynamic culture, fabulous eateries, great nightlife, street art and extensive shops, all contribute toward it’s desirability. It is hugely popular for investors and tourists alike. South Gloucestershire
